Immersive Artists (IA) is a talent network that includes some of the world’s best professionals operating in the intersection of art / media / commerce.

1. Companies submit requests for proposals (RFPs) to work with our network

2. RFPs are vetted by IA leadership:

   • If RFP is a ‘real opportunity’, it is shared with the network

3. Upon sharing RFP(s) via the IA channels, the network determines whether we respond with a proposal (Y/N):

   • If YES, a TBD selection of artists responds to RFP

   • If NO, IA leadership politely declines opportunity

4. If IA wins a project, the artists who responded to the RFP have fights rights to pursue

Upon joining the Immersive Artists network, you will gain access to exclusive member channels including a LinkedIn group and Slack channel.

At the beginning, yes - that’s it.

But these channels are used to share request for proposals (RFPs) sent by IA clients.

By accessing these channels, you will have the opportunity to participate in upcoming projects (and get paid).

Once an RFP has been submitted to the network’s channels, simply communicate with your fellow artists to 1/ draft a proposal to the RFP and 2/ IA leadership will submit the proposal to the client.

IA has one founder - Chadwick Turner.

Chadwick does not pretend to be a ‘thought leader’ or ‘visionary’. He has worked at Amazon, several XR start-ups, and was laid off by Meta in Nov 2022.

Upon being let go, Chadwick needed to find a way to more efficiently connect his network to opportunities — and Immersive Artists was born.

Chadwick is also an immersive Artist with a focus on strategic consulting.

At this time, Chadwick is the sole reviewer of membership applications — however the goal is to create a membership committee in the near future.

For every project sourced, submitted, and won by IA, 10% of the project’s budget will be reinvested into the network.

These funds will be used to cover network costs and grow member benefits (e.g. events, tools, etc.).

The remaining 90% of project funds will be allocated to artists and other resources.

No - there is no membership fee.

IA’s only source of investment is allocating 10% of won projects back into the network.

Our goal is not to have the biggest network, but one that focuses on slowly adding members who exhibit a balance of 1/ Kindness 2/ Dedication 3/ Talent.

Yes.

You can receive 1% of the total project’s budget just for submitting opportunities to the network.

And, if you choose to be part of the project, you will also be paid for your services.

1% was calculated by giving the submitting artist 10% of IA’s 10%.

No.

You can pursue infinite projects outside the network.

This is not a talent agency - IA is a network of immersive talent available as a resource should you ever need support in building a team for your projects.
